Subject: Re: [FedsNet] Now UPC cautious on federo Mulindwa, Tell Mr. Semakula my prediction. This federo movement of Buganda is once again going to isolate Buganda from the rest of the country. Apart from Buganda, there is no other nationality (tribe) clamouring for federo. Does Semakula know why? federo is clearly not an issue for the rest of Uganda. While it solves Buganda's identity cirisis, it does not solve anybody else's problem. Tell Mr. Semakula that in due course, through this claomouring for federo, Buganda is going to find itself alone on one side and the rest of Uganda on the other. And so when the terms of federalism are put on the table for discussion, Buagnda will find itself a minority. Mr. Semakula should also not be illusioned to think thatthe other natinalities have no way of countering Buganda's idea of federalims which is intende to get for Buganda a preeminenet position in Uganda affairs. Mr. Semakula will be shocked by the counter-measures the other natinalities will come up with. At that point, rather than acquire for Buganda a preeminent position, Buagnda will find that federalism makes its problems even worse. Uganda is in anarchy and it does not mater who has important positions in our land, what matters now is that we all as Ugandans can leave in this very tinny country safely. The time when Matek and Mulindwa can meet in Kitgum and we kill the beers, or in Nakisunga and do the same thing. People, we are now afraid to go to Uganda, and we are very afraid for people go to Uganda and die of gunshots, why is that happening? You see these are the stupid arguments we have laboured on life immemorial, when we have been in these forums and Lisa Toro is addressed as "You people" What have we achieved so far? Look here, Uganda's problem is in Buganda, those are the truths take them or leave them, and the sooner we stop to complain about every thing and about every body but our selves the better. And let history show that I am not the first Muganda to make that statement. UPC is a bad party let us put that on record, Obote was a bad president as well let us put that on record, but soon after that Ssemakula tell us what kabaka Yekka has done for Uganda? I am sick and tired of these kinds of bickering on cheap shots when you neither have a solution or an alternative. If you hate UPC post the Aims of KY and we see them here and today. That is why you see that a great number of Baganda, we are scattered we are walking in dark as sheep's with out a Sheppard, we need leadership but we hate Lule for he is a Christian so he can not lead DP but we hate DP for it is a Catholic party, then we hate Obote for he is a Northerner on and on. And I ask what exactly do we want in this nation? Is katikiro Ssemogerere a movmentalist the solution to Buganda ? My grand farther used to say "Ovulungutana nga ayokya ebibeere, nti bisiridde ate bitulise, nti ate ssinga tebyassiridde byanditulise" Em The Mulindwas communication group "With Yoweri Museveni, Uganda is in anarchy" ----- Original Message ----- |
