Kasangwawo
So let me get this straight.
Your government has declared political partys in Uganda irrelevant, and now
you are asking what UPC has done on the problem in the North? I thought in
the process of speaking out, you guys shot a young lad who was going to be a
journalist and killed him in day light. What more did you expect the partys
to do? To go to the bush as your selves did?
I am not going to holler.
