Yes, I certainly agree with you that there is more happening in our country than meets the eyes. Kigongo running around the country as if the elections are around the corner. The head count of army officers at Bbombo. And above all the surrender of Museveni to the pressure of opening to pluralism means that it is more than the Donors' sway over Kaguta's phobia to multi party politics.
Keep us posted particularly on the detailed revealations promised by The Monitor.
I'm a long standing critic and analysist of our politics in the country, as you shall come to know soon and, here, I can clearly see a political storm blowing over our country in not so a distant future.
