You want to know the truth about politics in Uganda- ask who own what, who has share in what from Uganda telecoms, airlines, Banking industry, the media etc. if that can reflect an embedded "political structure " then go up a stage further and ask who agitates for what in political circles and what these people have done or worked with into the past - then you are done and the truth is upon you.
Uganda must be changing rapidly indeed!
