Mugabeism is a pan-African revolutionary philosophy, the final onslaught on imperialism on the continent, and for Africans to use the war against the imperialists.

This is Africas revolution, the Third Chimurenga, another name for pan-African nationalism. Our revolution has and will surely effect a fundamental transformation in the way African nationalism is perceived in Africa and the world, and has brought about positive changes in the nature, pattern, execution, and direction of revolutionary nationalist struggles on the continent and beyond.

Zimbabwe provides, through this third revolution, a fitting reply to imperialists whose hurtful hypocrisy of the past few decades had seen them writing countless obituaries on Africa, prophesying the continents imminent doom and ultimate death.

Revolutionaries see and equate President Mugabes anti-imperialist creed with something that sounds like "a hold on a minute comrades, the coffin lid is still open so lets have another look around, storm back and put things right".

Zanu-PF revolutionaries are appealing to others on the continent to confront, fight and once and for all defeat the imperialist forces responsible for the continents excruciatingly painful and frustratingly snail-paced political and economic progress.

Millions of youths in places such as Soweto, Egoli, Windhoek, Kinshasa, Dar-es-Salaam, Maseru, Maputo, Nairobi, and Accra find our revolution attractive a philosophical and ideological guide, nay a practical spear and bayonet for imperialist victims to use in anti-imperialist battles and wars of today, tomorrow and for posterity.

Our revolution has been adopted and is being implemented both in and outside Africa, notably in Namibia, South Africa, Fiji and Brazil, and is being considered for adoption by similarly committed revolutionaries in Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Botswana, Australia, and New Zealand.

The Mugabe Revolution is an assertive combativeness in the art of revolution against crude forms of Western imperialism, widely seen as an appropriate response to globalisation, has revived the pan-African ideals of Du Bois, Nkrumah, Garvey, Lumumba, Cabral, and Sekou Toure of total liberation for self-determination, and has great relevance to global politics.

In the meantime those of us in Davira Mhere are appealing to all African presidents and their ruling parties, and to all our brothers and sisters on the continent, kuti vaDavire Mhere yeChimurenga chiri kutekenywa nemaComrades enyu muZimbabwe, and that in doing so, they clearly understand the tenets of Mugabeism, which are:

l Politicise the masses, and into them and through the educational curriculum secrete the pan-African ideology, which necessarily is anti-imperialist.

l Be sure you maintain a modern and well-equipped army, police force, and security network, and which you control, for these help the nation guard the countrys hard won independence and sovereignty. Guard against these being infiltrated by the imperialists.

l Politicise the public service, as these are best positioned to implement your governments pan-African programmes. Forget the imperialist myth of an apolitical public service; theirs are extremely politicised, and politicised to formulate and implement racist and exploitative policies.

l Through legislation, designate the land, put your soldiers and other security agencies on the highest state of alert, take the land from the settler colonists and re-distribute the same to your own people, the Africans.

l Confront, with courage and determination, any Western sponsored opposition parties and other imperialist stooges, and be ready to deal with imperialist machinations especially economic and political sabotage (through sanctions and the actions of traitors in our midst), and hostile propaganda.

l A cultural revolution should immediately follow, or be executed in tandem with, the land reform programmes.

l Ensure you get support from your African comrades on the continent, and the African-Americans and African-Caribbean folk in the Diaspora.

l Make land a racial issue, for thats exactly what it is otherwise how else do you explain the anomaly of a minority group of settler white immigrants, mostly less than 2 percent, occupying 75-80 percent of African land in Africa, and controlling the resources on and underneath it, in countries where the majority Africans constitute 98 percent of the populations.

All the above, youll do well to remind yourselves that power comes through the barrel of the gun.

There is no mystery attached to Zimbabwes ruling Zanu-PF partys resounding successes against the forces of colonialism and imperialism because, to paraphrase Dambudzo Marechera and with a thoroughness that amounts to surgery to the extent of creating something entirely new I say:

The Third Chimurenga is a reaction to terrible truths of naked imperialist exploitation and murderous actions

Which the African mouths shape into a soundless WHY?

Even as the life-force speeds to the stars like the luminous flight of a burning sparrow!

Chimurenga Chetatu is a an Afro-consciousness.

That refuses to define itself with pick and shovel

Refuses the foundrys fierce hammering in Africas numerous gold mines

Refuses the money forged in bloodied underground mud

The nickel and diamonds that enrich the imperialists and gives them the power to create Africas many beggars

Imperialists who are forever deaf to these beggars pitiful shrieks

And blind to malnutritions glazed look!

Mugabeism arouses revolutionary desires

Desires of long lost friends whom the struggle buried

Of others who in Kampala and Kinshasa drink down corroded honour

Searching for ways to escape the collectors bottle in the imperialists hands

To escape the needle pinning African throats to the

Settlers velvet cascades!

Our struggle is the Masais bull-wrought Resilience

Is Lumumbas bulletproof Brains & Dinganis culture of resistance

Is everywhere in Africa, and everywhere we confront the imperialists

These the devils who preach the Ecclesiastics of Racism

Fearing no evil but bend on wrestling the evil traitors down

We stone to death these Apostles of Death stoned on false Revelations of superiority

And to destroy even the empty plinths where Rhodes statues once stood!

Zimbabweans shift their weights from their stagnant right feet to their lefts Revolutionary compassion

Banishing the centuries of our wayward fear

Infusing atoms that in us explode into atoms of power

Dishing out weapons to freedoms veterans

Bayonet, pfumo, assegai, axe, tsvimbo, ibwe, demo, rhekeni, mbezo, danda Mubhadha, zariro, muururi, sekera, bhidha, half-brick, rukuni, mbariro, bakatwa Pfihwa, sanzu-rine-minzwa, mbariro, mupinyi, Bango (the pun is deliberate)

Shamhu-ine-sharapu, banga, uroyi, chidhinha, bhemba: zvose

Anything and everything to use against the imperialists

Hacking, gutting, kuzvambaradza, kurakasha, kusinza, kusakadza, kuponda, poisoning, and cutting . . .

And with revolutionary passion forcefully drive the spear into their vitals

Piercing the imperialist Pagans

Hitting them with catapult-stones

With Machels mewling cry:

"The African People, regaining their Land and History,

As active participants

Will go FORWARD in Prosperity and Happiness!"

Yes, were at the BATTLEFRONT

Each hurtling brick aimed to smash this enchanters glass

To loot the truths for so long packaged in lies

In Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa, Mozambique, Angola

AK fire trained to the shrieking imperialists

The monstrous plunderers their dead bodies writhing underneath OUR firepower!

Fighting the fight that dissolves all our woes

There is no time in time that a Revolution cannot REDEEM

History inside our minds is the impetus to pen and paper

Language like dunes the meanings grains of revolutionary sands

Migrating South, Central, East, North, West yes WEST

With searing verbs to divine the meaning from the progress of our struggle

And with adjectives we remove and modify the imperialist negative!

Tenacity drives us to the Revolution

And we believe that the end is always within the reach of our Means

With bullets and rocket-propelled grenades to attack the imperialist BEASTS;

The EVIL of too many drizzly investments paid by African blood

The VAMPIRES sipping our blood while speculating on Rhodes, Verwood,

Botha, Tshombe, Morgan Tsvangirai, Smith, and Hitler

The DEVILS responsible for Mass Poverty in Afrika!

We fight to defeat those who wash their fat-finger delusions in

Joburgs dishes of gold-mine dollars and pounds

Whose pith helmets do our blood and tears and sweat stain

The blood of Burundians Burkinabis Ugandans Liberians

Of Liberians, Rwandans and Angolans with broken limbs and stump consciences!

The blood and sweat of Africas cream slaving in the diamonds mines at Kenema in Sierra Leone and Jwaneng in Botswana

For the imperialists to ship to Europe!

We sing and recite war songs

And remind ourselves of the explorers distant drum that turned into heavy artillery-

Of a certain snivelling Smith

Whose growling about something not happening during his lifetime turned the settlers placid houseboy into a deadly guerrilla

Who in turn turned the obsequious labourers into emperors!

The moment has come for us to recount Comrade Mugabes deed done

And let time Smiths words trace on the teeming sands

And with Freedoms clenched Fist to the Last

And booming Voice and bouldered Word

Let Comrade Mugabe proclaim to all, at Heroes Acre, the valiant

VICTORY!

Zimbabwes Third Chimurenga, The MUGABE REVOLUTION, is Africas Revolution!

AFRICA TO AFRICA! AFRICAN LAND TO AFRICA; TO AFRICANS!

AFRICA FOR AFRICANS!

That is exactly what ZANU-PFs Chimurenga Chetatu, this The Mugabe Revolution and Mugabeism, is all about!
