a suspected rebel spy in army uniform who posed as a UPDF soldier was arrested.
The panic follows the rebels� beheading of 15 people in Barr sub- county, east of Lira town.
Another group of the rebels killed 18 civilians in Alito sub-county in Apac, about 17 kilometres from the town, a day before.
Several parents lost track of their children and property during the confusion that ensued.
