The Uganda parliament is a physical show-case deceptive piece of a functioning democracy for political tourists.
Just as they have aids centres and ex-child soldiers centres in Uganda which are always ready and paraded for foreign visitors to make NRM/UPDF's case.

Sometimes I am totally perplexed and amazed that the white man (in this case Germans) who claim to be the "superior race" over the rest of us brown, black, yellow people, cannot see through the manipulations and the deception of a third world dictator like Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. To even think or concieve the notion that Museveni's Parliament operates like the German Parliament should be an insult to the German People.
