UN 'likely' to sanction Uganda Uganda is likely to be sanctioned from the UN for failing to settle its indebt ness with the world body for the last years.
2nd Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs James Wapakhabulo says the country is indebted to most international bodies its affiliated to but regrets that the UN will deny her the opportunity to participate in decision making. Meanwhile, Wapakhabulo who was on Tuesday appearing before the Parliamentary Committee on Presidential and Foreign Affairs has clarified that a meeting would be held soon with the Sudan government to review bilateral relations especially the suspension of two Sudanese Military Liaison officers for allegedly performing their monitoring function in Kampala than the designated North and West Nile areas.
