Mulindwa,
Check out today's Internet Kenya Nation paper: there is a picture of Moi with a beaming smile, and happy, after he relinquished the Chair of Kanu. No blood. No acrimonies. He is a happy camper. His legacy will be that of one once-dictator who handed over power peacefully in E. Africa.
Museveni could have been next. But dictator Museveni wants to hang on. We, the people of Uganda, will hang him and his ilk by the balls instead. He will have the same legacy as that of Idi!
