Ssemakula knows that Arms not generally used by the UPDF were find at the vicinity were the so called bodies of LRA rebels were found.
As to how Ssemakula obtained this detailed information about arms, is but a mystery...
....Unless of course our friend Ssemakula is privilege through certain connections (if you get my drift) to obtain inside information from NRM/A High Command.
