Arow Group good but...
The idea of the Arrow Group and the temptation of reviving a similar militia in northern Uganda might be selling like hot cakes.
However, it is only common sense and simple logic that what has defeated the mighty national army (the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces), which is facilitated, armed and constitutionally cleared to provide security for all nationals by stamping out rebellion, cannot be done by a loose concoction of unfacilitated militia.
For such a war that threatens to outlive a regime, the only way forward is a UN mediated peace deal.
