But as well a democratic government like NRM must be in position to see that
it has failed to fight Konny, it has failed to do the only job that put it
in the office, to protect Ugandans. Don't you think it is time it leaves
office and let Ugandans choose who can deal with a terrorist? How many
Ugandans have to die for that government to understand that it has failed?
