simply because it is NRM's bankrupt policies of promoting wars which has lead to the predicament of the Iteso and the rest of our fellow citizens in Northern Uganda.
Now I hear Yoweri is about to unleash more wars on those Ugandans in western Uganda ( Bundibugo/Kasese area). I hear the UPDF is getting ready to fight ADF rebels (who have apparently reemerged from extinction to raise hell once again)
