The question is: why should members of the International Community believe Richard Perle when he makes such utterances about Korea? George Bush's US has NO credibility at this point in the game!!! that is unless and until the US finds the Massive WMD about which we were told Sadism possessed!!!

Perle: Force Against N. Korea Only OptionÂ
Monday, Oct. 20, 2003 : (NewsMax Wires) Bush Pentagon adviser Richard Perle says that unless China and other countries help the U.S. embargo North Korea, military force remains the only other option available.
Interviewed from Israel, Perle offered his analysis of the growing North Korean threat to Fox Newsâ Cal Thomas this weekend.
Perle warned that that North Korea is a âserious problemâ as the regime moves toward building a nuclear arsenal.
He said with such an arsenal he had no doubt the cash-strapped communist regime would sell nuclear weapons to other rogue states or terrorist groups, which in turn would use the weapons against the United States.
Barring an embargo that cripples North Koreaâs nuclear program, Perle said, âI donât see how we can stop that nuclear momentum on their side; and it may be the only instrument left to us is force.â
Perle gave his take on the war on terror:
Iraq: Perle said âtremendous progressâ has been made and that the U.S.âs liberation remains a âworthy undertaking, one we can be proud of.â
Iran: Perle said Iran should be next on the target list in the war on terror. He said the Iranian people are ready to rise up against the dictatorship, but âunfortunately we donât seem to be helping them.â
Saudi Arabia: Perle believes that the countryâs Wahhabi religious sect continues to spread radical Islam and is funding extremist organizations worldwide, including in the U.S. and U.K. He said Saudi funding of these groups must be stopped.Â
