RWANDA has accused the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) of continuing to support elements of the former Rwandan army (exFAR) and Rwandan former Hutu militias (Interahamwe), who played a key role in the 1994 Rwandan genocide.

This caused a reaction in Kinshasa which has announced that combatants will be repatriated to their country of origin, reports the UN Integrated Regional Information Network.

Rwanda says it does not want the return of "genocide perpetrators", and sent its foreign affairs minister to Kinshasa in an attempt to smooth the situation.

======================================
Rwanda, it would appear, wants to condemn a good proportion of it's citizens (of Hutu origin ) to a permanent life in EXILE in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This is yet another recipe for more wars!
