The Italian deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Alfredo Luigi Monatica, should take note of the fact that wars have mushroom in Uganda because of NRM bankrupt policies which emphasis Military conquest and GUN power Politics instead of using diplomacy and peaceful means to resolve conflicts. As I "speak" Museveni has passed out the so called UPDF artillery men who have completed military training and are ready to be deployed to fight Museveni's wars.
The man is simply obsessed with guns and wars!!!....Just ;like Adolf Hiltler!!!....it is like Museveni cannot sleep until and unless he is fighting some country of tribe somewhere!
Indeed there are wars all through out the country ... from Karamoja region in Eastern to Bundibugo in the East. to soroti in Teso.
The problem therefore is museveni and his Bankrupt policies.. Remove Museveni from the scene and there will be no wars and suffering in Uganda to the extent we have seen to date in Uganda. It is as simply as that . You do not need to be a nuclear scientist to reason this out!!!
Keep Museveni and the wars will simply get worst..... Museveni will make sure the wars continue.
The wars has nothing to do with I hear Sudan as Lugi wants the people of Uganda and members of the International Community to believe.
This then is my opinion.

THE Italian deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Alfredo Luigi Monatica, has urged the Government to help resolve the Sudan conflict if the war in the north is to end.
Luigi said once Sudan was peaceful, the Kony war would come to an end. "Those opposed to the Government in Kampala will always have sanctuary in the rebel-controlled areas of Sudan," he said.
Luigi was on Wednesday meeting Vice President Prof. Gilbert Bukenya (right) at the Parliament buildings in Kampala.
He said most of the conflicts in Sudan, Somalia and Northern Uganda can be resolved if the parties involved adhered to the agreed Inter Governmental Authority and Development (IGAD)framework.
Luigi said Italy was committed to supporting peaceful resolution to the regional conflicts.
Bukenya thanked Italy for her long-standing mediation in the conflict.
He said if the warring parties in the Sudan resolved the salient issues, peace would return to Africa's largest country.
He was happy to note that the warring factions in Somalia had taken to the negotiating table to resolve their differences.
Luigi was in Uganda to attend the recently-concluded IGAD summit.
Italy is the current head of the European Union.
