In any business transaction their should be a written statement , receipt in within our society a witness of a business transaction.
- The office of the IGG as I wrote in my previous submission is as useless as those are who designed it.
- The IGG has virtually no control over government functionaries especially those at higher level authority with considerable power and have been involved in uncontrolled misuse of public funds.
- How can declaration be simply done in words that some sold this and that as declarations without any proof of the same?
- We are not law students or professionals but facts are facts and even the ignorant peasant can see through them
- It is clearly seen from the media reports about minister�s declaration that a number of them are false and based a mere calculated guesswork.
- I challenge the IGG to ask those who claim to have sold one property or an item to cover another�s cost or raise money to produce the receipts and full details of such transactions.
- E.g. names of people involved in business transactions, receipts, dates, location of business transaction, witness of the business dealing, and/or contracts of the entities to which property or items were sold.
- The IGG office should be abolished and all control, monitoring of incomes and declaration of the same be done by the tax revenue office.
- The same information should be cross check by the accounting general before it is paged or published in the media for public scrutiny.
- The blunt lies that someone people selling cattle shows the deeper problems we have as nation to who, when and of what amount one sold cattle for to raise millions of money to buy a string of investments smack of contempt, does injustice to the entire judiciary and intelligence of Ugandans.
- Does the IGG have tax revenue income receipts and income specification on the above sales of the numerous minister claim to have made?
- As I wrote NRM is criminal entity, which will never tell the truth and hence punish its own but blame the commoner for all their sins
