Despite the DP-UPC petition to halt the registration NRM-O, I am reliably informed that the NRM-O is now officially registered!
Finally, the so-called leader of the upc-split was once a UPC youth member, then later joined the NRM, hence cannot and couldn't again split from the party todays when he is already in the NRM.

He is an opportunist pure and simply. One of this days we will watch him back peddle to the UPC once again without any remorse what so ever.
