Netters this a very educative document by the world bank about history of 
Uganda's reconstruction. What makes this document particularly interesting 
is, how history, culture, and politics are brought together to explain 
Uganda's economic story.

This document will enlighten both the skeptics and supporters of the present 
government. The document is quite informative, complete with statistical 
tables. It's big though, (20 pages), see site below.
