If Mr. Waiswa in the year 2003 ( after 17 years of wars under Yoweri Museveni's NRM Military dictatorship) still believes that Museveni took arms to restore democracy in Uganda and constitutional rule, then fellow citizens, this character is definitely living in proverbial "Plato's Cave"...were his world is the potion of the CAVE WALL HE TOUCHES. Indeed I would question Waiswa'a mental reasoning capability.
