Kampala

The UPDF have launched a search for the graveyard of  fallen LRA commander Charles Tabuley, believed to have been buried in Teso region, reports Nathan Etengu.

The body, according to the UPDF was buried in KATAKWI DISTRICT, five days after Tabuley was killed in a battle with the 57th battalion.

The UPDF 3rd division public relations officer, 2nd Lt. David Mbiire Kazoora, recently said Tabuley's body was buried somewhere in KAPELEBYONG  COUTY.

He said the army was searching for the grave to confirm that the rebel was dead.

Meanwhile in another development.....
Alex B. Atuhaire  reporting for The Monitor News Paper Writes ...".The army (UPDF) says it is hotly pursuing a group of rebels fleeing with the body of their killed commander, Charles Yardin Tabuley.

Army spokesman Maj. Shaban Bantariza said by phone yesterday that the retreating Lord's Resistance Army rebels are trapped in Kalaki in KABERAMAIDO DISTRICT"

In yet another development ......... Mr.  Sylvester Onyang reporting for the Monitor news paper noted  quote " A man who escaped from rebel captivity has said the LRA's deputy commander, Mr Charles Tabuley, reportedly killed by the UPDF in Pader district last week, is alive."

"Mr Isaac Ochola, who says he escaped from the Lord's Resistance Army rebel bases in Pader, told Sunday Monitor, Friday at the paper's offices in Kampala, that he saw Tabuley being transported away from the camp where he had been brought wounded. He said the rebel commander was wounded in battle with the army at a separate place outside the camp.Ochola said Tabuley was wounded in the shoulder...."

The picture which emerges is that  Yoweri Museveni 's UPDF simply does not Known  what happen to the so called LRA rebel commader.

secondly, Army spokeman Bantaranzi says the rebels are trapped in  Kalaki ..who then is killing  people in LIRA? the some rebels who are trapped in   KALAKI
