Gambling, Drugs, Commercial Sex, Striping & Gay clubs
- The above are inter-linked in a vicious circle, as I will illustrate below.
- We have said and we repeat: all criminals and people involved in criminal activities must leave our country, we�re in the process of accumulating data on these and their business links- CRIMINALS_MUST_LEAVE_OUR_COUNTRY.
- The constitution allows us to defend our country by all means and will do so if forced to.
- How does the state of Uganda and Ugandans gain from gambling, drugs, commercial sex and gay sentimentalities- how did we get here?
- Narcotics Drug trade in Uganda is now a reality and on the rise under NRM civilisation.

- Let me clarify one thing first that is so often confused: commercial sex is NOT one and the same thing as CONSENSUAL SEX, that is to say not based on those involved biological desires and consent.
- But rather on one individuals� ECONOMIC POWER and PROWESS over the other i.e. forced acceptance or seduction in form of monetary rewards (BIMANSULO) to induce or to be in concord in opinion or sentiment.
- It is a form of induced rape.
- In Uganda corruption and seduction are illegal.
- For gambling, drugs, commercial sex and gay anal sex (http://bjc.oupjournals.org/cgi/reprint/43/1/102 ) to take place in any society there must be supportive structures;
- In case of Europe; social, political and economic due to passiveness, depression and lack of social direction.
- In case of Uganda economic run on speculative motives dominated by criminals in the government of Uganda.
- Kampala city criminality and Kasese- Fort Portal high way robbery were linked to the above structures as reports might suggest.
- The above habits; gambling, drugs, commercial sex and gay anal sex are funded and presaged on seven pillars: each supportive of the other and feeding the other in a vicious circle; a). Tabloid Media in commercial sex in creating false expectations. b). Transitive Communication mediums i.e. guy and stripers clubs. c). Bars specialising in commercial sex trade and striping as points of trade and transaction d). Quick pick monetary rewards i.e. gambling and casino activities e). Abundance of Psychotic Drugs from hard drugs i.e. narcotics to soft drugs i.e. as medical drugs f). Streetwise sellers and vendors like prostitutes and gay cadre ship. g). A fledging sex tourism industry.
- The above are linked in a causal chain.
- Gambling offers quick money and daily activities � criminals do not work normal working hours and occasionally. so they need past time activities.
- Commercial sex requires drugs to boost sex morale. No one can have sex all time with anybody, unless feelings and desires are corrupted- so NARCOTIC DRUGS come into the picture.
- Gay patternship accompanied with sodomy is a result of boredom from excessive sex and passiveness. These activities are rampant in Europe and the USA
- Who owns gambling, drugs, commercial sex bars: Normally these are East and West Europeans and US American citizens.
- Gambling is mostly dominated by criminal gangs- run by Mafia linked groups from Russia, Eastern and Western Europe.
- Notice some people involved in the above activities are the same people who were once and are still involved in small commercial air traffic business out of Entebbe.
- They are (some) the same who own casinos in and around Kampala as rumour and reports suggest:
- Some are well connected to NRM ruling class and its military wing. (see for example plane crash in Rwenzori September 24 1998, and ssebutinde junk MI- 24 helicopter report)
- They are very dangerous people who have been in military and covert activities some need military cover to run their activities.
- Some have been involved in commercial security in Uganda.
- The reason why foreigners operating planes illegally out of Entebbe were not prosecuted?
- Ask who brought them and allowed them to run air traffic activities from Entebbe military base? Why did the government security agencies not act?
- Can a Uganda not connected to the military run planes from Entebbe airforce base?
- Before NRM civilised Ugandans, Ugandans had sex and had practised it for as long as they humans have existed here on earth:
Covert investors:
- Ugandans all over the country has created ideas about sex and sex education has always been socially and vertically transmitted. They never needed bars, tabloids and tvs to be taught about sex. Today sex is a commercial commodity bought in the media and bars etc.
- The society in which such trade takes places are primarily Christian based or secular � as the case is in Thailand, Philippines, East & Western Europe, the USA and Russia.
- Cultural imperialism is centred about and round these structures.
- A British journalist on a documentary mission in mapping Chinas economic transformation reported all the above structures as transformation of china in social and economic development.
- That is to say A British journalist did not see anything at all; in people having better housing, enough to eat, goods roads low mortality rates and school facilities!
- The entire above has taken root in Uganda in Kampala; Kabalagala, Wandegeya, and Kamwokya and soon spreading to Jinja, Lira and Mbarara.
- Banyarwanda, Baganda, Basoga and Banynkole are the pioneers in all sections of the above trade
- Who are the proprietors of gambling places, bars where commercial sex is transacted, in kamwokya, kabalagala etc?
- Discover for yourself.
- Consequences of gambling, drugs, commercial sex and gay sentimentalities are: Aggravated Criminality including hard core trade in drug and use, family break-ups, high divorce rates, personal and family economic destruction, society decay morally and ethically( Italy , USA Mafia clans)
- DFWA demand that Gambling places. a). Register all those who participate in gambling activities: their physical address and sources of income b). Local Councils register the background history of ownership of gambling locations, sources of income and history of the Casino and gambling place owners. c). That gambling facilities must provide medical insurance cover to their customers. d) Gambling should be classed as financial institutions with a ground payment of 4 billions shillings in cash to BoU financial inspection.
- DFWA demand that all hotels in and around Kampala � and in the countryside disallow young women from hanging around roads and dark corners in a 1,5-km radius of the hotel activities.
- DFWA demand that KCC with immediate effect re-develop Kabalaga and kamwokya to residential and non- alcoholic commercial centres.
- That KCC with draws all bar licences which do participate in activities other than those which are postulated in the law
- That the IGP Katamba and Elizabeth Kuteesa work with the sex trade police in Thailand and the Philippines to track narcotics and sex trade.
- That the IGP work closely with Rwanda, Kenya and the Congo where Christianity is loose on the above structures.
- In Tanzania and Sudan Islam works as a buffer in exactly the same way as in Malaysia with high tourist flow but low commercial sex trade as Thailand and the Philippines.
If the above is not met to our satisfaction � NRM leadership is entirely responsible for the consequences.
