As customs goes it is that time once again when we
invite postings from/about any body who has impressed you in 2003. With
immediate effect The Communication Group is accepting postings that you
feel have been the best in the year we are about to close, again as usual
this can be about an individual that to your judgment has impressed you the
most or disappointed you the most in this going year. It can be a writing
or any thing that you feel we can close this year with.
On December 31st at 8 pm Toronto time we will close
this chapter and between 11pm and Mid-night we will post the winning
writing. That will be the 2003 writing by our judgment which by the way will be
