Ugandans
It appears Kiggundu is in cohorts with the NMR military dictatorship... he seems to allow NRM propaganda to be posted on Ugandanet, but somehow, other news sources like artciles from the Echo are somehow not allowed to to show up on Ugandanet.
Kiggundu why is this so?
I am waiting fro an answer!

I did notice that this time arround, you did allow the Echo News to come through! This is good. Ugandans need to be provided with balanced news from the BBC, VOA, Monitor, Vision, The East Africans, The Dailly Nation, Radio Rhino ( even thought we some of us are aware that the New Vision and The Monitor articles are vented by the NRM..before they are release for publication) . I do post Monitor and New Visions articles in the hope that Ugandans who are able to engage in Critical Thinking, can somehow deciepher through the heap of Rubbish, and come out with the Truth. As a matter of fact one can pretty much assesses the situation in NRM is in right now , simply reading in between the lines of MONITOR ATICLES/New Vision articles.
