Tell us, is Movement legal or illegal entity?
President Museveni�s Ag. Principal Private Secretary, Fox Odoi is quoted in the press as having said that �The Movement wasn�t created by law and it will not be killed by law� (The Monitor, February 5).
May I request that some knowledgeable lawyer(s) advise me, and other Ugandans who may be disturbed by Mr Odoi�s words, what this means.
As a lay person in legal issues, I would imagine that if such an institution was not created by law, then it is illegal and it should not be using our national resources to fund its activities.
