Allow me to engage Kala's Intellectual Capability.
Kala says the UPDF has been successful in rescuing hundreds of children from Captivity over the 18 years of war in Northern Uganda.
Of what logic, I ask, is it for the UPDF to "rescue" hundreds of children, if in fact this some children will be re-abducted again by the rebels say within a span of a few weeks/months?
Kala's UPDF often announces with gee that they have killed so many "rebels" .
If, in fact this so called "rebels" were abducted and forced to fight against their will, ( the UPDF having failed to protect them in the first place from being abducted) ...isn't it logical to blame the UPDF for the fate of this so called "rebels"?
