As usual let me inquired from your educated mind how is it possible for the Kabaka to quote "embark on development projects in Buganda, provide education and health for the people of Buganda" if, as is the case, the Kabaka is living as a pauper, so to say (hand to mouth) all along begging for his livelihood from Museveni/NRM?

The Kabaka does not even have the authority to levy taxes on his subjects. You see these things of which you talk like initiating "development projects in Buganda, providing education " e.t.c can only be undertaken with sufficient funding from somewhere!

and Museveni is holding Tightly hold the strings to the money bag!
