If it is even remotely true that UPC is what you wish to portray it as then it would also be true that UPC is totally unelectable but when the most ardent detractors are graphically expressing fear of the UPC III Government one wonders whether you actually believe what you post. All I have to say is that let us go for the freest and fairest multiparty elections of a level playing field and the people of Uganda shall decide.   The Fugee
