Rehema, thanks for your spirited arguments.The issue you are hinting
about has not been misunderstood by the Ugandan intellectuals as you
refer to.
Everybody really wants Federalism as a form of Governance to be given
real chance to operate in Uganda.
When you single out Buganda as the only region then,you begin to raise
eyebrows and me starts to wonder why Buganda can't take the offer Mu7
is peddling before her inexchange for his next re-election.
Kabaka is apolitical in as far as being above the pettry partisan politics but definately he has his own political convictions that he believes in.
Even culture et tradition as we refer to all fall under the ambit of politics
so such blanket statements are really for the uninitiated.
