and thugs weapons over a period of time and even if they may have cut off
support to Kony, Kony may well still have a cache of weapons hidden anywhere
in lawless southern Sudan or along the borders where there is little or no
security presence from both sides.

Emussazi, let as assume that you are correct that , "KONY" has some weapons somewere in the jungle of Southern Sudan.
Please explain to very smart Ugandans on this Ugandanet forum, how it is possible that "KONY REBELS" are capable of moving this very heavy weapons from Sudan ( a distance of over 3-400 miles) through jungle path -ways to Northern Uganda right before the eyes of 20,000 UPDF Army Troops? This KONY rebels must be some kind of supper beings like Hercules to perform such task.
Indeed, if Kony Rebels can move heavy weapons into northern Uganda without being detected by the UPDF soldier, then that pretty much says a lot about the capability of the UPDF...In otherwords the UPDF is useless! No wonder then they cannot defeat the ":rebels"
