Those of us handicapped with non-analytical minds are confused: are you saying that Museveni does not know his own army, which he helped create?
That is pretty much it!!! Case in point..for instance, Kaguta does not even know how many "ghost soldiers" he has in his own army the UPDF.
He doesn't even know which "affende" is collecting and "eating" the Salary funds intended for the rank and file within the UPDF.
More still Kaguta was not even aware (his words not mine) that his own brother Major General Akandawako Salim Saleh, Kazini Mavi Ya Kuku were busy stealing ..rather looting Congolese Natural resources in Ituri.
It had to take porter commission to point this out to Affende Museveni. (unless Museveni was lying to the Porter commission)
Now you tell me Museveni knows his Army?
Conclusion: Kaguta does not know his own army!!!
