I guess we have to define what we mean by POLITICS:
According to websters dictionary Politics is defined as: "Characterized by shrewdness in managing,contriving or dealing,sagacious in promoting a policy, Shrewd, TACTFUL, EXPEDIENT, SUAVE" based on this definition of politics you tell me if the Kabaka is apolitical?
I believe all of us Human Beings exhibit the characteristics noted above in one way or another. However the degree to which one exhibits this characteristics varies ... thus we are either less Political or More political on a range of 1 to 10 with ten being more political.
That said, Kaguta is most definitely on the scale of 1, Emuzaai 1, Ssemakula 1, the Mwesigye the Forumu Agende man 5, Kawanga Ssemogerere 6, Ken Lukyamuzi 7, Our own Dr. Rwanyarare 9, Kabaka may be a 3, but he is nonetheless POLITICAL. There I have given you a crash course in Politics 101

There reason is because he will not be on a ballox paper, nor political party carcuses or committies etc. The Kabaka can only be political if he stands for office, appears on ballox papers, and stands in political party carcuses/committies etc. The man does not do all that so why think he is political?? I
