Stop the Genocide in Northern Uganda Petition http://www.PetitionOnline.com/savacoli/petition.html In the past five years I have been visiting Northern Uganda camps for the Internally displaced persons. The conditions are horrible and hundreds of people are dying everyday. The children have lost all hope. They just survive! As soon as you pass Karuma Bridge you feel as if you are in a different country. You begin to "count your blessings", because you dont know whether you will reach your destination. So, you close your eyes and take a deep breath until you reach where you are going to. I guess I have been in America so long I have never seen so many army men with weapons parading everywhere and children often walking close by.

Anyhow, I believe there is still hope somewhere. If the government takes
proper steps to resolve the problems in Northern Uganda. Then we can only
forgive and move forward! Please have it in your heart to sign the
petition on line.

The website below summarizes what is going on in Northern Uganda if you are interested! http://hollykirschke.blogspot.com/ (See attached file: C.htm)
