If this is true.. that the US Marines as well as SPLA have been introduced into the theater of war in Northern Uganda, then this is a very serious escalation of the conflict in Northern Uganda. Hopefully the Pentagon will explain to Uganda and members of the International Community as to why it has decided, albeit clandestinely, has decided to Introduce US Marines into the theater of war in Northern Uganda. The people of Uganda would like a peaceful resolution of this Northern Uganda conflict ..and not more wars and suffering.
