Is there some censorship going on ugandanet? I have been trying to send some postings which never seem to appear on the net. The only message that got through was the test message but every other does not seem to appear.   Lastly, I have wanted to make a few personal comments on some of this South vs. North or North vs. South issues as somebody who has one leg in the North (actually centre of Uganda) and the other in the South (Buganda) but have serious doubts whether any such posting will get through. Instead I have to receive multiple postings of the same things while one of my postings even acquired the label of [spam].   The Fugee
