Sudan rightly fooled Uganda
If president Museveni and his advisers were wise people, they would have asked Sudan to arrest Kony and hand him and his LRA to Uganda to prove that they are serious, instead of accepting a foolish and unworkable idea of going to fight LRA in Sudan.
Supposing Sudan asks Uganda to come to fight SPLA here in Uganda and Uganda accepts but tells Sudan never to go beyond Gulu, Arua and Lira then Uganda transfers SPLA to Kabale but leaves a few in Pader and Kitgum, will Sudan finish all the SPLA? If Museveni has been fooling others always, Sudan has fooled him also this time.

May be there is no Kony -----or better yet Kony = UPDF. This would hen explain as to why UPDF can Never defeat "KONY" even after 20 years of fighting! Indeed how can a forces such as UPDF defeat itself?
