In case, and this is only in case, if Mu7 leaves power in 2006, who is going to take care of this huge brigade??  6,000 to 7,000 soldiers will have to be dessolved into the Uganda Army after this dictator.  My take is that he is not going to leave power any time soon!  His empire is crumbling and that's why he needs all this extra protection.

Who ever thinks that Kaguta will leave come 2006, is pretty much day dreaming.
The 6,000-7,000  soldiers which Kaguta has in his so called  PGB, is nothing other then one of the many mechanisms Kaguta has put in place to perpetuate his rein of terror  upon the people of Uganda.  Kaguta will be there come 2015

...I have been  reliable informed that  some of Kaguta henchmen have been bragging around in Kampala that they are going to Twalire  for 50 years!!!..

"The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the state."
