The New Vision Dr. Ronald Batta is dead THE First National Resistance Army (NRA) now UPDF doctor, Dr. Ronald Batta is dead, his family said yesterday. Batta served as the Director of Medical Services for the NRA guerrillas and its infancy stages in power.
