For one must look very carefully and look at people who are pleading for this federalism, a man like Mwami Lugemwa is a publicly known DP man, the same has been an official of external DP branch for some time now. So Lugemwa goes back to Uganda and now he is pleading for federalism for he loves Mengo and Buganda King. One can not help but ask, is Lugemwa now a KY sympathizer? For the going of Lugemwa to Uganda when Museveni is playing with Ugandans to negotiate on political partys, drives one to conclude that Lugemwa actually believes that Musveni can allow political partys to operate in Uganda. And that is not true. Museveni is just using the Lugemwas for his own staying in power. Now Lugemwa goes to Uganda under the burner of federalism and fighting for Buganda, and it is Mulindwa who is a non Ugandan and who is anti Buganda.   Like I said to Mwaami Kibuuka, be very careful for this feudalism you have started under the cover of Federalism, for you will end up hurting Buganda than you ever wished.
