Unacceptable Torture
THE ARMY has arrested Maj Tebarura who allegedly tied his escort to his vehicle and towed him along the tarmac.
Such torture is unacceptable, especially since soldiers already have to make great sacrifices to safeguard the nation.
If standards are not maintained within the UPDF, how can we be sure that soldiers will always behave correctly towards the public?

ps: Recall that the soldiers accused of killing an Italian (Irish?) priest were arrested, tried and executed (by a firing squad?) -- all in a matter of days. Lets see how long it'll take to bring this monster to justice and what punishment will be meted out.
