APAC district council has warned the Amuka militia against sneaking out with guns for
thuggery, reports Patrick Opio.
The councillors said in a recent meeting at Apac Hall that some militia had been
involved in thuggery.
"We mobilised the youth to fight Kony rebels but they have turned their guns against
innocent citizens," a councillor said.
