Mateko You do not need my permission to recall anything you think is garbage from The New Vision. Who are you to determine for Ugandans that what is published in New Vision is garbage?  I would like to thing that Ugandans are of age to determine what is and what is not garbage. I think I am of age to determine that ECHO is garbage and you are of age to determine that that it is not- fair deal?   There are known knowns - there are things that we know that we know. There are known unknowns - that is to say, there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns ... things we do not know we don't know.
