Further,the "minister" says, quote"
"who says that the constitution cannot be changed...we(in the NRM) can change each and
every article of the constitution if we(NRM) wants".... now how much clearer can it
be ...the man has stated in no uncertain terms what the NRM beleievs in.
What will it take for NRM apologist in Washington and London to reach the only
conclusion , that NRM is but a dictatorship?

THE works, housing and communication minister, John Nasasira, has said the Movement
government is here to stay.
"Those who are saying the Movement government is bad are mistaken. Who says that the
Constitution cannot be changed? We can change each and every article of the
Constitution if we want," he said.
Nasasira was yesterday addressing residents of Kabalagala, a Kampala suburb, after
inspecting the Kampala-Ggaba road construction works.
