Basic instinct & Propaganda- NRM & Co
- Entities academically involved in daily investigations but can�t know the
difference between VULGARISATION and SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION is rather peculiar.
- Societies change is not independent of the institution i.e. rules and
regulation governing them.
- Maybe a precursor to misunderstanding, leaders could call people biological
substance and others force them to eat sandals in their revolutionary stance.
- Indeed, as we have been informed, to modernise (?) [social transformation] is
a function of talk show therapy and propaganda!
- But not making the SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS governing the masses to FUNCTION �
Kampala filthy, slums and traffic congestion- indeed could be transformed by
pyschologism and propaganda. VULGARISATION
- What the masses are not told is if propaganda is equivalent to inherent change
as dispensed by NRM & Co privatisation stance of social life.
- The day NRM respects the laws of Uganda in entirety � is when NRM will end as
a political entity. To use NRM own words, will be exposed.
- NRMs� political, military and social agenda is riddled with primitivism and
ignorance- regrettably the basis directing Uganda�s future.
- VULGARISATION will certainly change school structures and plan Uganda filthy
and dirty towns
- Apparently, with massive use of psychologism through the media in particular,
and deception, NRM will be seen by the entire masses of people as a rear African
developmental tool and agent.
- You can�t falsify History, for will be proved wrong.
- The state house should know it and its bulging parasites and dependant�s
surviving on taxpayers� money - from presidential advisors, specialist in exporting
Uganda nurses abroad and piglets distribution!!
- It is worrying citizens, for all normal social rules and regulations are
abandoned in praise of propaganda and militaristic treachery read as stratagem.
- So keep society talking and squabbling over nothing, and then society is
diverted from the main issue that afflicts it from day-to-day life.
- Why doesn�t NRM turn to the national media and attack for example; MPs, RDC�s,
LC5, DEOs, DMOs, CAO, DISO for not providing people, with proper social enmities
robbery of the land or this is beyond media publications?!!
- Corruption is NRM strength as covet ideologist is the basis for NRM means to
ends.
- Ugandans are to suffer immensely in the next 20 or so years � the foundation
has been laid.
- Clearly it a momentary safety valve for NRM alone and its military wing, to
release pressure from its leaders, from a society ever falling deep into misery and
destitution.
- In two words NRM applauds and promotes, social ignorance over a well-informed
masses- and to do otherwise it�s by default.
- It is a PREDOMINANTLY DIVERSIONARY TACTIC, using the media as the society
nanny to beat it into form!!
- How long you do it?
- In utter stupidity, NRM scientists believe talking (shouting) therapy could
turn materiality other than cognitive resources into wealthy.
- They can�t see the difference and it dawns upon them, that in finality a
typically Ugandans society is set on different horizon.
- Then they change tactics, federo NRM now baganda have it, KCC BodaBoda don�t
pay tax, Kony we win the war, Ssempebwa , Ssebutinde commission this or that,
Ssemwogerere in court after court - THAT IS WHERE IT STOPS.
- But where is Odoki and Ssempebwa commission, where is the Local council Laws?
It is only NRM , DP that knows the secretes we fools know nothing.
- NRM see no relevance in conventionality, law and society transformation �
hence NRMs hate for modern law.
- Evidently this means for NRM, illegality can rein as a society norm only known
to it
