Patrick, You have to stop seeing everything through "regional" eyes. Mr Ogwal is not from the West or Rwanda. Even though they are my friends, it may hurt them for me to say that I think Sarah is probably correct on they being naieve. We tend to trust too much. Sadly, this is a dog eat dog world.
