Everyone with a land title on the mailo land or with lease is part of the 9000 square miles they (Mengo) are demanding. That is injustice," he said.

I believe everything should be open for  negotiation. Those who are squatting on the Buganda Mailo land ( especially those sons and daughters  from the favored region) should be prepared to be evicted ..if and when it comes to that. ..After all , if I might add, many of the land titles or leases  for plots on this Mailo land was/were  acquired through dubious  unscrupulous means .( bribes, corruption e.t.c)..or granted by the big men in NRM.

I reckon, it is injustice when the natives are robbed out of their dear  land and the some is  granted to some  elements simply because such elements know somebody big within the NRM.
