The question is , fellow citizens, is Mr. Omara Atubo confident enough with the situation on the ground in Northern Uganda such that he is in a position to issue pronouncement or advise to our fellow citizens about resettlement in the near future.. or is he simply opening his mouth to encourage and establishing false hope among our fellow citizens that they will soon go back to their villages and live a normal life , only to meet death and destruction..?

THE MP for Otuke County in Lira district, Daniel Omara Atubo, has assured internally displaced persons in his constituency that they would be able to return to their homes in December.
Atubo said the government and other MPs were working round the clock to see to it that peace is restored to northern Uganda.
The MP made the remarks on Tuesday in a message to all primary leaving examinations candidates in the county, wishing them success. The examinations take place on November 4 and 5.
In his massage to the PLE candidates, Atubo urged them to have confidence and determination to achieve excellent grades.
