Moore You meant there are no solutions to these problems scientifically? What is the fate of legalism, psychologically, economics in its forms etc.,
Development psychologists, as I thought were about to capture the causes of the problem at least grasping the underlying mechanisms in longtidunal studies. I will keep my ear on ground.
