Democracy, not Movement pluralism

Dear Ugandans, if we are to get total democracy, we should unite before the 2006 elections and get rid of this so called unitary regime.
Men, women and youths should open up their minds and eyes today before we cry tomorrow due to oppression.

In Ugandas politics, the principle of majority rule is insufficient if we are to make a distinction between democracy and ochlocracy, the rule of the mob. The principle of majority rule does not by itself constitute democracy. We know of tyrannical regimes that enjoy the support of the majority - like Uganda.
A stronger democracy advocacyis the best hope for a change. As the people have made it clear, they want total democracy, not democratisation, not Movement pluralism.

Freedom is always vulnerable and its cause never safe from avaricious politicians who will never blink when selling their mother country to suffering. Let us all wake up and fight for democracy.
