But I have lived in a federal nation for many
years. It frustrates when you post such a statement which you clearly know it is
a lie. Federalism cannot force a government to protect and invest in lands if so
the Natives here would not have any problem, and given the kind of democracy we
have here. So let us be very careful in using the word federalism as a silver
bullet for Uganda's problems. What we need in Uganda is leadership and a
population with common sense and nationalism.

What federo is about is the power for each region to take care of some of
its things especially land. M7 is taking away that power and giving it to
himself in the white paper.
He will start with the land of the weakest.
Our
children will pay dearly for this racist nonsense of giving away our land, a
major factor of production, to any non-African opportunist who portrays
himself or herself as an investor. What Uganda and Africa need is to
invest in educating and equipping our own farmers/peasants. If an
Indian peasant incurred debts in Andra Pradesh, what guarantee is that he
isn't going to flop again in Uganda? This is bullshit and Museveni
needs to be sentback to Rwakitura before he dreams up worse stuff for us and
our children.
